The first annual meeting of NIIPP – Northeast Illinois Invasive Plant Partnership- was held at Morton Arboretum on September 15, 2011.  Michelle Kelly represented Upland Design as one of the many organizations that have become signatory partners with NIIPP.  Upland Design assists Hey and Associates and the Illinois Department of Transportation, District One, with removal of invasive species along roadways.  The meeting was inspiring as so many local agencies participated.  For more information go to www.NIIPP.net
